Pinterest:
- 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup ice
Blend.
My Own Blend:
- 3/4 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 scoop of unsweetened Vanilla Protein Powder (or Flax Seed if you don't have protein powder)
- 2 tbsp of Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter (Wild Squirrel makes the best!)
- 1 FROZEN medium Banana
- 1 tbsp of Blue Agave Syrup (but you can add to desired sweetness)
Blend.
