 I'm definitely going Greek in college, but I don't know all the reputations each chapter at SMU has...

I like Tri-Delta or Kappa Kappa Gamma because I've heard good things about them (and their Lilly patterns are absolutely adorable!) Soooo, I've basically looked at Lilly and researched the cutest patterns/styles. Here are a few of my faves:

I, SAVANNAH, AM GOING TO SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY NEXT YEAR.

I'm a Mustang, y'all! Can you believe it?! I'm going down South next year. For real! It's not a dream anymore. It's not a far off hope. It's reality. I'm an SMU Mustang. Woohoo! I can't wait to meet my roommate and design my dorm and meet my fellow 'Stangs! So excited!!!

I go down for orientation in August and two weeks later, I move down there. I need to find more scholarship, but I can definitely do that! My dreams are coming true! OMG.

On another note, I found my prom dress! I borrowed it from my friend so that I could save some money and buy myself a Lilly dress for next year! Next post, I'll show y'all!

Busy Busy Busy

Hey y'all! It's been quite a year for me! Senior year is almost over and this month, I have to choose between SMU and U of M. Funny enough, TCU hasn't gotten back to me on a financial aid package, so I don't even know what to think! But I'm REALLY hoping for SMU! Go Mustangs!

Then there is the whole "end-of-year-for-seniors" thing... That includes (but is not limited to: prom, AP tests, spirit week, college decision, end of the year parties, graduation, etc). It's so hectic! But I do love the chaos!

I'm currently in the process of prom dress shopping. I'm thinking maybe Lilly, considering I want a dress I can wear multiple times over and traditional prom dresses really don't have much use after that one night...

Michigan Weather

Ok, I know I haven't been the most dedicated blogger in the past few months, but between senior year and track conditioning and general life, it's been a whirlwind kinda year. But I  really really REALLY miss blogging, so I'll try to be better. I promise!

For those who read me, I have a secret... I created an anonymous account on Twitter (aka an "anon"). So. Much. Fun. I can tweet whatever comes to mind without having the judgment of those I actually know and I can interact and meet fantastic people! It is such a win!

Makes me kinda sound like the 21st century socialite: Blogger, Twitter, and reality :)


But back to the reason of this post.... WHAT THE HECK MICHIGAN!?!?!?!?!

It is 30 degrees out. IN APRIL. I want to be wearing my Jack Rogers, and my colorful capris, and my J.Crew shorts, and my norts. NOT JEANS OR A PARKA. I cannot take this any longer. I need to move down South. Michigan weather has stopped making sense to me and, to be honest, I miss being able to feel my toes everyday.

I don't know where I'll end up at school yet, but when I do, I'll tell y'all. (I sure hope it's somewhere in the South where it's warm)

Say a prayer that this state warms up soon and that I can later afford to get away from it for school!
